Fragrance Authenticity
Are your fragrances genuine?
Yes. We’re a New Zealand-based parallel importer and we source our fragrances through wholesale supply channels locally and overseas. We take authenticity seriously and run basic checks on incoming stock.
What does “parallel importing” mean?
Parallel importing means we source genuine products through wholesale supply channels in New Zealand, Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, and Australia — including excess stock, end-of-line inventory, cancelled orders, and distributor clearance lines — and sell them in New Zealand as an independent retailer.
Is your stock in New Zealand?
Yes. Our stock is held in New Zealand in our distribution warehouse and is ready for sale once it has completed our basic checks. If an item is listed as pre-sale, it will be dispatched to you within a maximum of 14 days.
Are you an official distributor or affiliated with the brands you sell?
No. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor for the brands we sell. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Where do you source your products from?
We source through wholesale supply channels in New Zealand, Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, and Australia. Our stock can include excess inventory, end-of-line inventory, cancelled orders, and distributor clearance lines.
Why does my box/bottle look slightly different to one I’ve seen elsewhere?
Because packaging can vary by region and production batch. Things like label language, barcode placement, batch code position, and box design can look different even when the fragrance is genuine.
Do international versions have different labels or packaging?
Yes, sometimes. International packaging can differ due to regional regulations, language requirements, and batch updates from the brand.
What are QA/QC “checked” stickers and why do some products have them?
They’re stickers applied within parts of the supply chain (often warehouses or distributors) to indicate an item has been checked during handling or processing. Not every supplier uses them, so it varies.
Do all products come with a QA/QC sticker?
No. Sticker presence depends on the supplier and the batch. Some items arrive with them, others don’t.
Will my fragrance come sealed in cellophane?
Often yes, but not always. Some genuine products arrive without cellophane or with different sealing styles depending on brand, batch, and region.
Orders & Shipping
Can I check a batch code or barcode to confirm authenticity?
You can use batch codes as part of a basic check, but they’re not the only indicator on their own. If you want help, message us photos and we’ll guide you through the standard checks.
What should I do if I’m unsure about a product I received?
Contact us straight away with your order number and clear photos of the box, bottle, and batch code. We’ll talk you through checks and help resolve it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, in line with our store policy and New Zealand consumer rights. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Shipping times vary by location and courier, but we dispatch as quickly as possible and provide tracking once your order is on the way.
How do you package fragrances to prevent damage in transit?
We use protective packaging designed to reduce movement and prevent damage during shipping. If anything arrives damaged, let us know immediately.
Do you restock sold-out items, and how can I be notified?
Some items do restock depending on availability from our wholesale channels. The best way to stay updated is to follow our socials and join our email list for restock and drop alerts.
